So I'm three weeks into my pediatrics rotation and I have to say I am really enjoying it much more than anticipated. I am exhausted though from long work hours, my 2-3 hour commute every day and studying for USMLE STEP 2 CS exam as well as my peds shelf exam. I leave for Atlanta tomorrow and take my test on Monday. Wish me luck :) I don't know who will be happier to have it over with, me or my poor Guinea pig husband who has been so kind to play my Standardized Patient for weeks now. Gotta love that man. I must confess...I'm secretly looking forward to my nice long, peaceful, stress free drive back from Atlanta. It will be nice to just drive and not have anyone or anything stressing me out for 10 hours.
