Success!!!

We had the most wonderful mother/daughter weekend.


Friday night: dinner at Maxines Cafe with live music followed by Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. The night ended with Gabby sleeping in “daddy’s spot” for the night. That is a rare treat for her because she is not allowed to sleep with us.

Saturday: Breakfast at home followed by 5 hours at the park. Gabby ended up falling asleep at 6pm, she was so exhausted.

Sunday: Gabby's first baby shower.

It was a fantastic weekend with my daughter. It was absolutely precious. We talked about moving and how she felt about it. We talked about selling our house. But we mostly just had a TON of fun. I am going to try my best to schedule at least one more mother daughter weekend before we move.
